Discovering the joys of baking during quarantine

For 11-year-old Niharika Bisht, quarantine proved to be a blessing. When she and her mum started baking, they discovered there's more to just putting the dough in the oven! There's loads of fun, laughter, joy, the sweet smell of success (with the cake baking in the oven) and of course, a delicious homemade slice of her favourite cake as a reward.
